Refund policy

We want your piece to feel right. If it isn't, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return — the bracelet simply needs to be unworn and in its original packaging. Email info@jaderra.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it.

Personalized or engraved pieces, and final-batch "Final Pieces" sale items, are non-returnable.

If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we will make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
